CASTOMANIA2010 model CSTMG002 is a machine for centrifugal casting of small and fine details for the dental industry such as: crowns and dentures, as well as products made of gold, silver and non-ferrous metals. The casting machine is characterized by compact size, light weight, easy operation, no radiation and low energy consumption. The method - induction melting of metals - provides high purity of the part and a high degree of homogeneity. As the casting process takes place in an oxygen-free state, the integrity, density and success rate of the castings is increased, which also prevents sand holes, bubbles and oxidation. Centrifugal casting ensures good filling of the casting, as well as achieving high quality clean and precise results with a uniform structure and smooth surface of the details.
Model CSTMG002 includes the following functional components:
- Variable power supply module;
- Semiconductor transistor high frequency generator;
- High frequency isolating transformer;
- Capacitor battery and operating inductor;
- Rotary arm chamber for centrifugal casting;
- Control panel, monitoring and diagnostics;
- Water cooling system;
All modules are housed in the machine body in easily accessible places.
